I've showed in a couple of PCA full concours events and here is what was checked.
NER
- engine, exterior, interior, wheels, behind wheels, trunk, tools, spare tire (removed).
NJR
- engine, wheel wells, exterior, interior, wheels, behind wheels, trunk, tools, spare (not removed).

The rules and requirements of Full Concours have the undercarriage as part of the area judged. THAT is the difference between Full Concours and Street.

They call it "Full" but then clearly state the undercarriage isn't checked.
I agree, the PCA head rules state that full concours includes undercarriage and personally I think that every region should use the same guidelines.
Just stating what I've seen. YMMV

Afshin,
Congrats on the 1st place! I saw pics of your car in the 993 forum as someone had posted some pics from the Zone 1 Concours. It's such a great color and really is something to be appreciated in person.

Sorry to see MarineBlue's 928 for sale. What a wonderful piece of machinery. Good luck with the sale. I hope who ever gets it is prepared to put as much work in as you have.
