Finally today my dealer managed to activate Innodrive. The told me that they had to reset all the components of the car. I was there literally for 10 minutes and it was fixed.
I contacted several dealers and none of them wanted to help me. In case you are facing similar issues, tell the dealer to reset/re-read all the components of the car (that’s what they told me, and whatever that means).

LOL, doing anything like a full reset of everything would take vastly longer than 10 minutes. For other 2024 owners who have this problem, perhaps you could find out exactly what they really did to fix the problem and post it here.
Just took delivery of my 2024 S and had this exact issue, your post helped me prove to them I wasn't nuts. It was a real hassle, but got it fixed, attached is the service bulletin in case anyone else is having trouble with the dealer.
I had the same issues as others had stated above on a 2024 Cayenne S and thank you to all on the forum for posting the photos and service information. The dealer was able to fix this in about 30 minutes for me with that info.

- For the 24 Cayenne S, I find kicking to the RIGHT of Center works best
- I think they put the sensor off center
it isn’t the kick, it’s the pull back that triggers it, or so I have found. Takes some serious effort. Easier to just use the handle.

Two questions for those who can help; i added secondary user on the car and downloaded the app. However on the app functions are locked and it says that primary user should allow access to secondary via the PCM. I have tried on the PCM but no luck . Any ideas?
Also what is the difference between speed warning and acoustic speed warning?

check ur email. there will be one for u to approve the other user from porsche. in the U.S. the email comes from notifications@messaging.porsche.com
