24 Cayenne stop sale

The recall is 100% accurate. The 2024 VIN will not come up until the car has actually been invoiced and logged into the system.
So the question really is does the stated "owner notification" date of September 26th mean that is the actual date they will be able to lift the stop sale?
Here is the recall link for anyone who wants to see it with their own eyes.

the production dates vary by trim: base, S, Coupe, S coupe etc. see the link below. It shows the production date ranges and vin ranges by trim.
my SA confirmed that mine does not have a stop sale on it although the app has a 9/26 delivery (likely a blanket date) I am now awaiting more info to see the length of time from port to dealer.

No info on the fix though. Still hoping it's going to be resolved this week.

What is the VIN range?
Thanks
Thanks
my vin also pops up with no recalls. However I downloaded the notice from NHTSA and forwarded to me SA. My cayenne S coupe has a production date of 6/23 and the “recall” range on this line is 4/12-6/15. Also my car is 86 production units outside of the vin range.
I asked my SA if therefore, my vehicle isn’t subject to the recall?
there is just no clear communication so I would hope that means mine pushes through. Was supposed to pick up this Friday. It’s still sitting at the Davisville port in Rhode Island. They said the dealership has 50 on the lot they can’t release to drivers (probably why mine is staying at the port).
the PDF also said that clients affected by the recall would get written notices on 9/26.
more clarity would be great, the communication has been subpar and my dealership is supposedly the “largest” in the US

Folks
since the recall only impacted the cars build between certain date from April-June , it must mean that cars build after those dates are good . If this is the base assumption, then Porsche must already have the solution . So is this delay all about logistics of delivering the software update ?

This is a LOGICAL assumption. At this point I blame slow/messy communication within the corporate. Vehicles produced after the troublesome dates must be good and not requiring any updates. So, those vehicles may be cleared any minute. Unless they silently want to do a major software update in addition to fixing hazards lights issue in firmware (people are saying infotainment is sluggish).

I can attest the infotainment is a disaster. 1-2 sec at least to change Sirius stations. Press too quick changing stations and the whole thing freezes. I'm not sure a software update would be enough. The booting is maybe slower than the early 992.
It seems to me it's a lot running with low memory/processor power.

Not necessarily. If bad hardware slipped through the pipeline due to negligence, or bad operations (e.g. Chinese counterfeit), it is a hardware problem. Software is built against some hardware spec. There are documented cases when used chips were installed on Boeings.

Delivery date
Guys, if anyone have any information regarding the US market I would thank a lot; I know that my new Cayenne arrived today at Jacksonville Port, I already sold my car (2022 GTS), the buyer is “on my neck” demanding to finish the deal (deliver the car for him X payment), and my SA simples says nothing; I am talking to him everyday and all he says is “I have no ideia when Porsche will lift the stop sale”. I asked him point blanked if they are expecting anything for this week or another and he was totally invasive, saying that this is something “internally”. Bottom line is that I am considering canceling the deal and stick with the GTS…

We probably know more here than your SA does. They're not all connected like you may think, and a lot of them probably don't care all that much.
