Did the install to a 2019 Cayenne (PCM5). Painless install, takes about an hour total. Like others have said, get the hardware you need before hand. Also, if you want wireless AA, get the Motorola dongle. Online, or Best Buy caries it also. With that, I literally have AA running by the time I put my seat belt on.

Just finished the upgrade process with Raymond. He was very efficient and once I had all the components together it took ~ 15 mins. Looks great on my 2023 Macan!

Got in touch with Raymond as I was considering renewing my Navigation sub. As the Porsche maps don’t have speed cameras (UK) I was very reluctant. Love the full screen of the nav app, but miss the real time fixed and mobile camera updates.
Went for full screen option. Raymond arranged a time to suit me, told me to have some equipment and file downloads ready and away we went. Was all either very straightforward or done by Raymond, so minimum fuss.
The difference in use is fantastic. Google Maps looks amazing and has the cameras. Went wired as I only tend to use nav on longer journeys so want to charge my phone at same time.
The pictures don’t do the screen clarity justice. It really is impressive.
Thanks to the team here for an easy upgrade on the screen. I did the fullscreen and it changes the look of the car completely inside.
Overall great experience with the team. There was a bit of miscommunication on the equipment but they rescheduled right away and made it happen the next day after our original appointment couldn't happen. Great work, great patience and made it work with not ideal scenario.

Raymond completed the whole screen Apple CarPlay install for my 2019 Cayenne Turbo yesterday. First we updated the PCM software to newest version possible for my car, and then he did the actual upgrade - very happy :-)
Another bump for Raymond. He updated my firmware and added wireless whole screen CarPlay to my 2019 Cayenne. It took about an hour to do it all. Thanks again Raymond.

Me again here! After 5months, for a reason that I don't understand, it seems my phone started to bug a little bit with Android Auto : bad detection or slow connection. And then it suddenly stopped even detecting AA!
A quick WhatsApp message to Raymond, he replied with a solution and an clear video that explain the why and the how (on the phone side, not the Cayenne's side). 30sec later everything's working perfectly fine and AA is back.
So not only a great implementation and flawless transaction process but also a superb post sales customer service, thank you very much Raymond !
