It was a 10 year experience and 170K miles at separation. Check out this recent article at adventures of a pair (2009 and 2010 )VR-6 powered ones in Patagonia-
Curves 20 - Patagonia • Curves Magazin (curves-magazin.com)

We are getting older, but the vehicles are getting better. Weird.

Also installed the front carpet mats and put the all-seasons away.

Got a flat yesterday after work on Pacific Coast Highway. The tire change tools and kit that comes with the Cayenne are great, the pump aired up the space saver in about 10 minutes (engine on for highest voltage into pump motor), and the tools fit well and worked well. The scissors jack fits better on this SUV than the one what came with the 957. Overall, no drama. Tire is toast (corner got a metal spke). All three in bed now.

Thanks to the ppf, a major dent avoided this morning 🙏🏻

The grocery shopping cart lost its brake and hit sideways to the front wheel arch.

And here is me contemplating whether to not do PPF on my brand new Cayenne that I am about to get deliver of.

But now do you leave the damage to the ppf or somehow fix it?

Spoke to the detailer and he said it’s a 2 hr job and cost just €50. he further suggested to leave it for a while and wait for more sone chips damages etc then replace as the one that I just had is at just one place and i should take risk and carry on with it.

Picked her up from fresh paint correction and ceramic coating! At least maintaining a black car will be a bit easier now.
