I see what youre saying. Thats interesting. I keep my car in the lowest height setting so I wouldn't be going any lower regardless of the speed.

Correct. That's what I do as well. I leave it in normal until the engine is warmed up to keep the shift points low, but once the coolant is at 180 (I have a p3 vent gauge that gives me actual temp) and the oil temp at 2, I shift it to sport and leave it there all the time.
