Whichever you like - Prefer the silver -
More important is quality - have seen too many photos of wheels failing when the rim separates from the hub after the spokes in the middle fail. These have all been from street use. Would only purchase from a known & proven brand,
Maybe this is not the best advice -

Has anyone put on Panamera rims, using the proper tire size so that overall diameter is the same of course, due to staggered rims? Im looking at a set of 20x9.5/20x11 turbo rims. They are probably light weight and the load index seems close 1818lbs for the Panamera 20s and 2039 lbs for the Cayenne 22s

Panamera 20s weigh 22.5 and 24.5 lbs front and rear. Pretty light!

My apologies for reviving an old thread, but after searching for a while, I could not find the answer to the OP's question about wheel weights. If anyone has access to such information, please share.

If anyone knows what the specific weight of the 21" Turbo 2 or the 21" Sport Design wheels are, please share. On Porsche's 2013 brochure, it states that the Turbo 2 wheels are forged, so one would think they are lighter than the Sport Design, but was wondering if there is any specific data to support this. I did find that the part number for the Turbo 2 wheel is 958 362 142 019A1 and the Sport Design is 958 362 152 01041, but no luck in finding their respective weights (except for one source that claims that the Turbo 2 weighs 14.89 kg./32.83 lbs.)

The wheels in question:
