Fight is back ON. I am going to request them issue full refund due to misdiagnosis.

Doe anyone know who I should contact to fight this dealership and repair it under warranty instead of changing non fault parts and charge me with it?
Careful what you wish for!

But now you are (or should be) in the driver's seat (pun intended!) here. They screwed up, lied and owe you a refund and a proper fix.

Hi,

Any update on how it went with the dealer? It's interesting what they say now.

The car is still with dealer (2 weeks now) and they are trying to investigate the problem. They are still unable to pinpoint the issue.

Word of advice to anyone thinking to do the Emission delete. Think twice before doing it if your car still has a warranty!

I am glad that I never thought of it yet as I don't want to imagine how much the cost of just trying to diagnose the issue with my car.

Thanks. Did they agree to reimburse the filter replacement?

Not yet but I won’t ask about this until they fix the issue first which they seem to struggle to find it
