Hi Everyone. So after having Apple CarPlay in my new 911 Turbo I had to have it in my ‘16 Cayenne Diesel. I called Erik over at Perzan Audio in Philly and boy was I impressed again with their knowledge and workmanship. Erik’s team is truly amazing! Showed up at 8:30am and was out the door 10:15am! The system is Bluetooth from from UniChip and clearly is super simple to use. The sound is truly an upgrade from factory. My only advice is to keep the Bluetooth for the Apple CarPlay and the PCM. Call Erik, I had other work done and I don’t want to miss lead you in the pricing. If you ask me, don’t install yourself, definitely not worth the hassle. Thanks.
Does the touchscreen work in Carplay? Just watched a couple of Youtube videos of one version of the retrofit and they were definitely avoiding the touchscreen when Carplay was active.
