Scan Tool Options For Maintenance/Diagnostics

Scan Tool Options For Maintenance/Diagnostics
I have read a lot of the posts on different scan tool options, but I'm not exactly sure what the best option is that can do all of the following for a 2012 CTT.
1) Reset oil Life
2) Read oil instantaneous oil level
3) Would like to change own transmission fluid. What is required (reading trans temp)?
4) TPMS reset
5) Basic data and reading modules, troubleshooting, DTC reset etc.
What tools can do all of the above, if any? What tools can do most of the above?

Durametic and iCarScan can do everything except 4 - and that's because nothing can do 4 that I know of - even the PIWIS. Oh - not sure if Durametic can do #2, and iCarScan can - but the readout is a bit funky. It shows full as a percentage figure - which is 2 - which stands for 200%. I'm uncertain why it's 2, but I suspect that's what the output from the ECU gives. And none of them will allow for instantaneous oil levels since there are two requirements to read the level this way. The engine must be between 90 and 100F. Not a degree lower or a degree higher. And it has to idle for 120 seconds at that temperature. iCarScan can read the TPMS data from each wheel sensor (wheel temperature, actual pressure, battery life remaining, coding number, etc.)
iCarScan also has a calibration mode for the air-suspension on the 958 (that I understand the Durametric can't talk to - dunno since I haven't plugged my Durametic into the CTT in 3 years..) If it works the calibration mode might be usable to lower or raise the normal positions of the car by introducing an offset into the readings the sensors tell the control unit about. If anyone in NJ wants to come over and we can try it on your Cayenne, you're welcome to. I won't try it on mine 'cause I have a rule "Never fudge with a working thing.." (you probably end up making it not work..)

The iCarScan definitely reads the transmission fluid temperature as that's what I used when I changed my transmission fluid/filter to make sure it was at the correct temp before buttoning it up.

I watched a video on the Durametric Enthusiast recently that showed it actuating things like fans in a 911 (996? 997? Not sure). That seems like a really useful feature for diagnosing issues and also verifying operation after R&R of a part. Can the ICarScan do that on the 958? I have seen some references to "actuation" but I couldn't determine whether that was referring to an electronic function (like making side markers act as turn signals) or turning on/off of a component like a fan.

PoCOM is another option. Does everything Durametric does. I have not experimented with it enough for coding options. (EDIT: You are able to change coding options).

I looked at the PoCOM and it does have the actuation capability, but the instruction describe it as being buggy. And it is expensive.
How about ICarScan? Does it have actuation capability for turning on/off functions?

And at over half the price less than the x431 V+ with frequent software updates.
I can understand the need for a scanner that will do more than one make, so maybe the price is justified. In my case the garage has been nothing but VW, Audi, or Porsche. I've had VCDS for 20 years with great technical support from Ross Tech, and now PoCOM covers the Porsche realm.

Does anyone know of a tool that is compatible with the 958.2 (2016-2018.5) models? Right now it doesn't look like with Durametric and ICarSoft ( two products I own ) I can even reset the oil or any maintenance reminders.
