Three Wheelin'
Yeah I agree the fit could be better with the all-weather mats but still happy with it.
Took all of 5 min to install. After cleaning vinyl footrest and vacuuming up the carpet area beforehand, just peel off three strips of tape on the back, align and stick. No drilling required.

New alloy wheels (ET 50, so they do stick out a bit more) and tires (Pirelli Zero Rosso), very happy with the result, compared to my old 255/50 R19, the diameter of the new 275/45 R20 tires go much better with the dimensions of the Cayenne S.

what year is your car? Turbo? How did you decide on FI? Are you planning on tuning? Just asking because I thought about FI as well and in my case decided it’s not worth it.

2014 turbo. Wanted something valved so I can not **** off the neighbors but I have a hard time closing the valves because it sounds so good. That being said without the cat bypass it isn't very throaty and isn't too loud. Removing 2 cats with fabspeed bypass to get a little more sound. I will be taking it to ACI Dynamix in Connecticut to have a tune to try to get this to around 600-650hp.

Today or actually this week.
New rear driver's side door actuator.
New rear passenger side Burmester tweeter. Purchased and upon taking the panel off, realized that the tweeter was just unplugged, arghhhh! Trying to return the tweeter now.
New front right Bilstein air shock. That's being installed in about 2 hours. Pulling old shock now. Stay tuned

The new shock. Two bad Bilsteins due to earlier
design where the valve would screw into the plastic housing. Stupid design.
new design is the valve screws into another metal tube bolt. That tube bolt screws into that plastic design, which one should never have to
touch
