While doing this, decided to re-do the smoke on my tail lights. It was too dark before, and now I think it is way better.

Yep. I did a write up of some addition tips / tricks that I learned along the way, and I took some photos because why not. Really glad the DIY on rennlist existed. Definitely saved me a couple grand for sure.

Thanks for the taking the time to do your excellent write-up!

I tackled this job over the summer and your tips would have been most helpful.

My shade goes up and down quite nicely now, but that's the problem...it goes up and then right back down.

I have tried the 'calibration' procedure several times but have never had any success. Did you have any issues like this?

Yep, I ordered my from Bross Auto Parts. Even mid-pandemic, they arrived from Turkey in something like four days.

Replaced brakes on all 4 corners and while I was at, cleaned the cowl drains and the wheels. Couldn't believe how much crap came out of the driver's side drain.
