He was standing right next to the only weapon he should have needed - the gas pump handle. Don't know anybody that would continue to attack or be able to see once hosed down with gasoline. Next step, push in the cigarette lighter and see how committed she really is to hammering on him and his stuff.

The Newark NJ paper (Star-Leger) had a report on it today. She hasn't been located, but there is a BOL for her.. they feel it was a "hate crime" and racially motivated. Apparently she felt they were conspicuous consumers (which wasn't expressed in exactly those words..)

BTW, what should a typical American, driving a German vehicle and possessing a concealed carry permit be packing? Glock, Walther, HK, SIG or more traditionally, S&W, Colt, Browning or Ruger?

Unless the pump hadn't yet been unlocked with a card or had completed and been shut off, locking it again.

But absolutely, if spraying gas was available, that'd work better than any of the above mentioned weapons!
