Plasti dip on the eBay center caps. The paint on these was totally gone, and I love the monochrome texturized look! These will look great with the off road wheels and tires.

The KO2s are mounted on the wheels and look awesome. Now to get them on the car. 265 looks kind of narrow on these wheels; I bet 275 would be easy and 285 doable.

I'll take pics once they are on the car.

Dark outside!

They fit without rubbing, even in low level!

That looks good. I shouldn't have given up the search for all-terrain tires so easily, it seems! How does the diameter work out as far as speedometer accuracy?

The diameter is definitely an inch or more greater, so I'll need to drive a little "slower" by the speedo to make sure I'm not speeding.

I looked up the tire specs. It's just short of 10% faster if my math is right. So you can go 22mph actual speed before the speedometer exceeds 20 and automatically lowers the suspension out of special terrain height.

Squeaky steering wheel/column rubbing fixed. Semi-permanently?

I was fishing around in the spare tire well today, hoping to find some + and - terminals for wiring up my receiver hitch-mounted winch. Don't laugh!

I don't have a second battery, so I haven't found any terminals so far. Is there any hope that the wiring harness has large + and - wires running back aft?

I do have a bose amp, and when I removed it found evidence that there had, at some point, been a substantial amount of some liquid in the spare tire well for quite some time. Either this, or the whole amp turned into a sacrificial anode (which would explain the speaker cone still being intact). 3 of the 4 nuts looked rusted like the ones in the pic, but a 4th was just laying around loose and not on the stud. It looked as new. Crazy.
The bose amp, of course, does not work anymore.

To whichever PO did this...curses.

I bit the bullet and ordered a $140 shipped Bose sub. Hope it works

I took the sub out of my 06 CTTS. Lots or room for stuff. My tin ear cannot tell the difference.

Honestly it sounds good without it, but it bothered me that it was broken. I have a donut spare back there already. I'll report back if there is any improvement in sound.

Yea withe CTTS there is no spare available that will fir over the front calipers, or so the parts guy told me. I have a bead breaker and some tire levers along with some rubber boots in case I blow a sidewall while out fishing.

Yeah a CTTS has to have at least 19" diameter wheels, which was a deal breaker for me. I really wanted 18s for the all-terrain tires.

Be forewarned, the autozone flexible exhaust tubing has been purchased. The muffler bypass will occur sometime this weekend.
