Default Metal retaining clips for jack point covers

Does anyone know how to get replacement metal retaining clips for my jack point covers?

I have tried two dealerships and both said Porsche does not sell the individual clips and I must buy the whole cover (over $100 PLUS prime/paint to color match body!)

If anyone has successfully sourced these please let me know where I can buy some.

Thanks!

You can try WurthUSA. They are OEM suppliers to most of the imported auto mfrs.

Sorry for waking up an old post. My rear covers need new clips. They sit very loose, two of them broken... Any ideas? Reseller seems to sell the whole part.

OP here- I was never able to finding just the clip so I ended up find a used jack point cover in really crappy condition on eBay that I could see in the photos had good clips on them. I just transferred the clips over and tossed the cover. It was a while ago but I think I found one at a wrecker/recycler for like $20 shipped. If you are able to find just the clips themselves, please post back here, I'd be interested in some, as well. They rust and break.

I've searched all over the internet for U clips that could fit. Seems like Stanley manufactures similar U clips for the automotive industry: https://www.stanleyengineeredfasteni...s/u-base-clips

However, it won't help me as a private customer needing four clips ;-) will continue my search...

they do indeed come with the actual jack plate cover...so no need to buy separately If you need a new cover.
