I wonder if the "built in radar detector" is really the park sensors and the guy has no idea what he is talking about?

Actually, if you let him keep those ugly rims, the price drops to $20k, which seems a good price for a CT with 89k on the clock. Those flames will come right off and the interior seems to be unmolested.
