Please tell me it isn't so! I used to own an X5

Hopefully an elaborate hoax to confuse the "spy-shot" guys!

Ohhh...you really fooled all of us with that Skoda spy shot

Somehow, I don't see this one materializing on the current shared VW platform. But style looks so much nicer than the X6 if you want an SUV without the practicality!

I think that rendering is for the next Pano, not next Cayenne. But would think it would provide some future styling hints for the next model change for Cayenne.

That does not look like any Panamera should, way too high, look at the heads in the window for a cue to proportions. Besides the link says "Porsche Cayenne Sport SUV".

Looks like the VW group is designing a whole army up of small and large SUV coupes on shared platforms to go after the X6!

Perhaps you are correct, if rendering caption is correct. But to me it looks like the influence of Pano Sports Turismo too:

Yes, one element incorporated in the rendering is the indent in the doors, which is also found on the current Panamera. Apparently they had little liberty to stylize the doors on the current Cayenne, as they were mandated to use the same ones as on the Touareg for cost savings.

The Porsche rendering makes the Audi rendering look like crap.

oops, I forgot to include the grandest of the Vokswagen groups flood of SUV coupes coming ... the LAMBO!

Based on the Cayenne (AKA Tuareg) platform of course!

The upcoming Bentley is also based on this same platform:

Badge engineering gone mad, or a truly dynamic chassis?
