^^^ very interesting indeed. I can feel the heat on the edge of my tile floor in the kitchen during the evening, and that side of the house doesn't even get direct sunlight!

I have friends that live out here with the panoramic roof in both their cars (neither P cars), and they say the sun isn't a problem for them either. I definitely think it's a great looking option, and very tempting on a CS based on cost.

Yep, that is the case direct sunlight. The only time I close the shade is if I park in the sun and i really don't know what difference it makes; parking in the sun around here at any time makes it pretty unbearable when you get in the car.

What is the procedure to reset the roof? I switch the dial on mine and the roof does completely NOT open, according to what the indicator shows.

We like it on our '09 for the light and the hurricane. It's almost like a convertible SUV, but looks cooler.

The panoramic roof was part of the Premium Plus package when we bought our car from dealer stock. You might check the configurator to see what they are offering these days.

I have it in my '16, so I'll offer some insight.

What I like about it: really does make the interior feel more open. Elegant look, whether the cover is open or not. No worries about bird doo staining the roof.

What I don't like: does add heat with the cover open. Can't use the factory metal cargo divider, which I'd really like to have for our pup.

My 2 cents,
R

Dilberto, push the front of the selector forward (it rocks) and hold. It will go through a calibration routine. I do mine twice a year, keep everything nice and clean, and I love it.

Yes. Check the owner's manual, I think it's explained there too.

I love mine. I never open it but once you roll back the shade it really opens up the interior.

Get a carbon or ceramic tint applied to the pano roof. You can get a 70% light transmission, which you can't tell is there.

It makes a black interior usable with the blind open

I just picked up a GTS with the pano roof - mine makes some minor rattling sounds where the two glass panels meet. I had the tech lube it pretty good but it didn't solve it. Any other ideas I can try? It's very minor but since it's basically right behind my head I can hear it on anything less than super smooth roads.

Did the tech calibrate it?

Not sure if he did or not - it just went through the CPO process and I would think that when I took it back for the noise he might do that even if I didn't know to ask. I'll try per the instructions above (and the manual) and see if that helps.

**edit - did the recalibration as described above (hold button in close position, starts in about 10 seconds, done in about a minute). I'll check tomorrow when I leave for work if it helped at all. Thanks!
