Default How often do you change the ride height/dampening?

I was just curious how often you all change the air suspension and dampening while driving? I'm just wondering if there's anyone else out there like me that changes it often depending on the road conditions, how many curves/twisties, etc? For example, during my daily commute, I'll change it 2-3 times.

Rarely, maybe put it on soft when in NYC so I get to keep my kidneys
Low setting when I wash the car.

When I go off-roading( moderate stuff) I keep it in high and put the shocks to SPORT, but when I go on road trips I change the shock mode depending on road conditions .... Good Highway with sweeping turns I leave it in COMFORT but if it get the road get winding and I wanna have some fun I put it in SPORT....Normally I just leave it in NORMAL....

I change mine all the time. I cannot stop fiddling. I drive around the neighborhood in offroad height and Normal or Comfort for all the bad roads, speed bumps and steep entrances (Axle Articulation). Sport for the twisty bits around Marin, and low-height Sport or Normal for the freeways.

Like CDH, I find it very helpful to be able to alter the dampers offroad. Sport or Normal for higher-speed sections, and Comfort for the frame bending sections. One nickpick is I think the speed restriction is too low for extended off-road height, which can be too slow when trying to maintain momentum for really steep ascents.

Plus, I always park in Offroad or Extended for better door ding protection.

If nothing else the tires seem to be wearing more evenly from the constant flux in camber.

I change mine frequently thinking it would help wear the tires more evenly.

I plan on changing my suspension settings to allow for a touch less camber on the low setting since I drive the freeway 66 miles a day to and from work. Would like to run it low and not wear the inside of my tires as much.

As for how often I change it. Daily. My commute has one section of curves that need a sport setting not to get sea sick from wallow. Then it turns to a crappy highway with lots of bridges, so comfort setting is a must.

I leave it in SPORT off-road cuz the VERY first time that I took it off-road I blew out BOTH front air springs.... ok so I found out the hard way that I can rally drive my P!g like I used to do with my F-250 Diesel truck.....$2500 later I take it a lil slower off-road.... good mistake to learn from hahahaha

low/comfort unless I am chasing others.. then it's on sport mode.
Loading level helps with bicycles on the roof.

Ours is almost always on low/normal. On long road trips I'll change it to comfort. If I'm in the car without the wife/family, I'll sometimes put it on sport, but the ride on low/sport is quite harsh with 20" wheels.

7:30 a.m.: Sport Setting on exhaust/Normal level on suspension (Drive into work)
9:00 a.m.: Sport Setting on exhaust/Disembarkment level on suspension (Parking for the day)
5:00 p.m.: Sport Setting on exhaust/Normal level on suspension (Drive home)
5:30 p.m.: Sport Setting on exhaust/Sport level on suspension (Back road the last 1/2 hour)
6:00 p.m.: Sport Setting on exhaust/Disembarkment level on suspension (Parking for the night)

At $1,250 per shock, I know that I'm going to regret this one day....

Is leaving it in one mode "bad" in any way? Mine is always in sport, low level unless driving in area w/ many potholes.
