Have I been Robbed?

So last night I valet park, 04 CS works fine.
When the valet brings the truck back at the end of the night I notice the interior lights on as he pulls up. Rear glass adjar, I figure he hit the wrong button on the FOB. I start home, half way there I turn on the radio and it sounds muffled and barely audible. Its late, raining so I figure the settings are off and I will fix in the am.
This morning I realize all the speakers are out except the the larger door woofers. Radio is on, I can change stations no prob just almost no output.
So I think my amp may have blown. I thought the amp was located in the right rear cargo panel. When I opened it up there is no amp and there is an empty wiring plug.
Did someone remove the amp while in the valet's care? Do I have the location of the amp correct? Could this be something else?

The amp is located in th rear right cargo area above the CD changer if you have one.
But, if your amp was gone it would not sound muffled, you would have NO sound and an error on the radio.

You might try a "reset".
1. Unlock car via remote
2. Enter and sit down
3. Insert key into ignition without turning it on
4. Wait 30 seconds
5. Exit car
6. Lock car via remote
7. Re-enter car through remote and start up.
I have "heard" this may help in case the system gets confused.
My mirror memories were acting wonky lately until I did this procedure. All was fine afterward.

You can also reset the radio on PCM 2.1 by holding down the '1' and '4' buttons then hitting the '8' button. You can do this with practice with one hand (many radio resets after messing with NAVTV installation is how I know) .

Actually, Larry and his widow never had children, out of fear of what that might mean for humanity.
As for (alleged) "easter eggs" left in the audio system, this doesn't sound like one of them...a bit too 'dull and subtle' for someonel like Larry.
