ltc

Am I correct in interpreting your comment that the speakers could be driven with any aftermarket amp if you know where to connect into them or do you mean direct connect to the speakers
Yes

Wait a minute, you're the one who put me back into the cage.

Now, if you're willing to unlock the cage door and allow me to run rampant thru the forum, marinating the newbies and pointing out all the little warts on the pig......just say the word......

I think you should go over to 6Speed and give them some of Larry's wisdom, call it a punch bag to relieve your stress.

Frying newbies is banned marinating is ok.

Not only did you miss the memorial 10K post, you even missed Larry's wake.....don't worry, you weren't alone.

Like all great artists, it takes a while after they're dead to be appreciated......I just never thought Hell would be a Cayenne.

Who says I live in Massachusetts? Is that what MA stands for? The RS must have been deleted, as I am currently on Mars.
You're mixing apples/oranges.....or you're mixing Cayenne/Touareg......or you're mixing Porsche/VW.....but I digress.

Yes, you can connect an aftermarket amplifier directly to the speakers already in the car (the method you chose....cutting off the amplifier harness connector or making a mating interface connector....is up to you).

No, you can not install an aftermarket MOST headunit to interface to the steering wheel controls and Bose (MOST) amplifier; as I don't know of a unit that current is on the market that meets those requirements.

(Now, Larry on the other hand, he could have interfaced just about anything into the Cayenne's infotainment network, but since he's dead (R.I.P. ), that's not really an option anymore.

Wait a minute, haven't we been thru this before? Have I been typing Martian and not English again? If so, my apologies.
