hasn't this thing been coming for 2weeks for at least 2 years???

is this really happening??

count me in on the group buy!!
2.5 years actually since it was demo'd at the Vegas CES show in 2004. Actually from what I heard it was dummied up to look as though it was working on MOST but was really hardwired. At that stage it was '6 months away'. Probably they hadn't even started. If you haven't done MOST before it is a long drawn out process....so here we are 2.5 years later.

Sorry, but I must beg to differ.
If you haven't done MOST before, it still should not take 2.5 years.

I heard there was a guy who put a MOST iPod adapter together in a couple of days, maybe a week start to finish, once.....can't seem to remember his name though......I'm sure it will come to me.

The technical aspects of MOST are fairly straightforward. The business/politcs involved are not.

Agreed. So the real question is why has it taken 2.5 years from these guys....

Apoligies for the delay in the info Gents.
Actually DJB was on the money. Theres a crowd in Melbourne who have a complete integrated system running in all MOST vehicles in conjunction with the Porsche Melbourne that is due for release very shortly.

Yes I heard tonight that they are only a few weeks from a commercial release. Good to see the Aussies having a go as well.
