ATF is pink - Coolant can be pink or green - My S has green FWIW.
Can you trace the leak back to the source. Have you checked the coolant level? - passenger side hood just above the windshield washer fluid.
Any "!" prior to the leak?
Good luck - keep us posted.
Keep in mind Coolant is deadly to pets so keep them away from the spill - they will be attracted to it.

That's ATF. Not good. You should never see that much fluid.
By the looks of the picture, I'm guessing transfer case, since it appears to be mid to front, not rear end.......I've never opened the hood of my Cayenne, let alone looked underneath (I'm afraid to)
IIRC, there was a TSB/service action/recall on a certain # of Cayennes for potential cracked transfer cases....can't remember the # or years affected. The fix was a complete replacement of the transfer case, not transmission.
If so, your dealer should be able very quickly check to see thru eDCS based on VIN if your Cayenne was in this range but never inspected or repaired. If not, once up on a lift, within 10 minutes they'll know.
I would imagine your CPO will cover this, no issues.....however, if you have done mods (engine/ECU), NOW would be a good time to switch back; rather than risk warranty refusal from PCNA.
In any case, definite trip to the dealer with minimal driving, flatbed tow preferred.

One possibility:
2004 PORSCHE CAYENNE POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
Recall Date:
FEB 18, 2004
Summary:
CERTAIN SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES MAY HAVE HAD A TRANSFER CASE INSTALLED THAT COULD, DUE TO CHANGES IN THE HOUSING CASTING, RESULT IN THE OIL PUMP ROTATION. SHOULD THIS OCCUR, OIL STARVATION OF THE INTERNAL GEARS MIGHT RESULT.
Consequence:
CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE COULD RESULT IN A FRACTURE OF THE TRANSFER CASE HOUSING. INCORRECT TORQUE WOULD THEN BE APPLIED TO THE DRIVEN WHEELS OR OIL COULD LEAK AND CONTACT THE TIRES.
Remedy:
DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE TRANSFER CASE HOUSING AND, IF NECESSARY, REPLACE THE TRANSFER CASE. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN ON MAY 3, 2004. OWNERS SHOULD CONTACT PORSCHE AT 1-800-545-8039.
Potential Units Affected:
4099
Notes:
PORSCHE CARS NORTH AMERICA, INC

What about that Lewis, is he a good resource or what......
BTW Tahoe has been so warm this year you won't need a 4WD for the roads. Try to get a 997 or Cayman loaner and report back to the nuthouse.
Good luck

Good advice on kitty litter. I would also wash the underside of the truck after the repair (for 2 reasons). Reduce potential corrosion and you will be able to tell if it was entirely repaired.
