I'm new to Porsche and cars in general. I found a deal on a 2009 GTS that I already closed on. I'm just waiting for the dealer to deliver it.

I tried to check for bore scoring and did not hear any evidence of it. The car had a single owner. 61k miles. Panama doesn't have winter so I think bore scoring is less of an issue here.

I did notice the car is missing one of the suspension dials. Can anyone tell me what options this car has and is missing from photos?

I'm also looking to upgrade the radio with a Chinese android infotainment system. I'll probably go with all the possible add-ons such as the reverse cameras. Maybe 360 cameras. Labor is cheap here so I could get it installed for very cheap. Does anyone have recommendations for what are the latest and greatest systems to get?

I'm reading the thread on it but a lot of the comments are now a few years old. Would love to read some fresh advise.

A GTS would be equipped with air suspension. This does not have that option.

Cayenne GTS is on a silver door between the air controls. It's missing on your shot.

I'll get the VIN tomorrow. What does this look like? Base model with GTS logo added to the back?

Google lens seems to suggest this is a 2011 Porsche cayenne engine. Does this make sense?

It seemed to be a common practice to put S or GTS on the back of 6 cylinder Cayennes, in my area.

I have no clue why since most were driven by soccer moms.

Maybe one found its way south of the border, who knows.

At least bore scoring is not a concern with this engine.

OP - Sorry, but no GTS 6-bangers. The vehicle in your photo is a 6. Run the VIN and get your money back.

This is a Base V6 Cayenne. GTS would have a V8, or course.
GTS would have alcantara seats, "Cayenne GTS" written on the HVAC controls cover, neither of which you have.
Air suspension was standard on GTS in the USA, but not in the rest of the world.

I hope you didn’t pay gts price for a base model.

gts in rest of world didn’t come standard with air suspension but did come standard with pasm and this car doesn’t even have that plus it’s a v6 so no gts bud.
