Default fitted some 285's to the rear of the S

I swapped the 18" Carreras for some Turbo 2's
which means 10" rear rims ....and hello 285's

Sweet car!

I'm borderline on the 996TT X54 exhaust tips though...

Are they hollow spokes?

just between you and me, so am I......

As for the wheels, do they make a hollow version of the Turbo2's ? - I'm not sure

Did you do a corresponding size increase to the front tread width to prevent any adverse handling? I really don't know if there would be, but Porsche does a fair amount of research before they do a particular set up.

You are correct, there has been a change in handling characteristics. - Increased turn in understeer,
I dialled in extra negative camber on the front to compensate.

The 285's have made it VERY responsive to throttle corrections.

Q - Turbo 2's would be 11" in the rear if they came off a Turbo or a C4S, not 10". I'm not fond of the exhaust tips or the faux C4S stripe and tail light treatment, but hey to each their own right? BTW you can search and find the part #'s for the hollow spokes here on rennlist.

If you order Turbo 2's from the Boxster Tequipment catalogue, they are 10's

LOL Yep, people either love it or hate it

Is that a factory exhaust or some modification, I really like it.
