New thickness from factory is 34mm for the front and 28mm for the rear. When I measured mine they came out to 34.1mm front and 28.1mm rear (~20,0000miles). I cleaned them really well before I averaged 50 measurement points per rotor using a micrometer. I'm not sure if this is from material transfer or what but obviously they are slightly thinker than claimed thickness when new.

Thank you! Measured mine this Friday...I did not have metric tool, also I had quite a bit of variation between measurements I did it with wheels on, these are the lowest readings from all measurements...so definitely need to have it done professionally... Here are my measurements:

Driver front min 33.7mm; is 34.03mm
Passenger front min 33.7mm; is 34.49mm
Driver rear min 27.7mm; is 28.19mm
Passenger rear min 27.7mm; is 27.94mm - this one worries me...

Used sets of PCCB rotors are always available on RL. Most of them are reasonable. I myself have purchased one or two sets here.
Nick,

Do you keep the rotor hats on when you weigh them? What is you cleaning procedure to ensure you are weighing only the rotors?
