Default new skyline dynoes at 475rwhp!

http://www.nagtroc.com/forums/R35-Dyno-t20782.html

The factory under rated it.
Nissan says that they will also provide a 3400lb 530hp version to compete with the Porsche GT2.

That would explain the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times....

word is large dealers may see 6 to 8 of these while smaller dealers may get two. I smell dealer inflation, wanna buy a 100k Datson...lol I'll buy a GT3 first.

To be honest if money was an issue and I wanted real performance car the GT-R would proboly make me the happiest guy on earth. But fortunetly I am doing pretty well financially so I wouldnt hesitate for a moment in buying the turbo. Cmon lookit the difference theres a saying "you get what you pay for" I believe in that. That being said I hope Porsche cuts some slack to us customers and gives us a lil more oomph for our money.

I wouldn't buy one unless it was at sticker or less... I agree 100% that I'd much sooner buy a 997TT if the price goes north of $100K.

I was wondering about the 0-60 times and 1/4 mile myself. Guess that explains it. I concur, there is something more than paper stats.

Yeah, truly shallow when something's character means more than its price.

If dreaming to own a 911 turbo instead of datsun is shallow to you, then you are in the wrong forum my friend since most of us here had that same exact dream.
I think the 930 forum suits you better, no shallow dreams there....

The curb weight has got to come down on that thing. MB has the high HP, torque-tank market cornered already.

475 whp explains slot. That is closer to GT2 power levels at only 10# of boost. Once the tuners start on it we may have a tough time keeping up

How's that shallow rusty? It's MY OPINION that the PORSCHE(any porsche)TT is better than anything from datsun. Sorry if you have an issue with that, I'm sure you can trade your 930 in on a 350z anytime, knock youself out.
