I was quoting the Kelleners stated claim during the testing.

LOL, again you heard or read..................having a car capable of 240 km/h + and doing it are two different stories. For the last time, I HAVE DRIVEN THE SLR - SL65 - 997tt -M5/6 (limiter removed) to V-max and in contradiction to you speak from actual experience , not some net BS videos. So , please voice you opinion when you can back it up with personnal data, otherwise...

In the wake of internet chat and videos which may or may not be accurate - here is some real life data for those who doubt the acceleration of the 997tt to ponder:

Venue
An airfield test day where the cars run from a rolling start up to a timing beam set about 1.4 miles away.

The graph below is my 993tt running 520(engine dyno)hp taken from an accurate AX22 device with the top speed 193mph verified by the timing beam.
On the same day a 997tt with prototype Cargraphic exhaust (so maybe running ~500hp) hit 189mph at the beam.
A murci managed 179, Gallardo 179, E60 M5 164 and a CGT "only" 195.

Sure you did. What kind of cars do YOU own again? Some BS video??

I show you REAL live footage of ACTUAL races, yet you expect us to believe your tall tales of hitting V-max in close to a million dollars worth of supercars??

Anyways Mr Pole you seem like a very angry person, try taking a deep breath once in a while and remember its only a public automotive forum.
