I also scaled my car yesterday at the track (Junk inside - chargers / helmet / jacket / windshield visor / etc. - Full weight as I drive it)

Me + Car on scale = 3820 ( Lots of stuff in my pockets + my Glock and spare full mag - which I ALWAYS have on, so I might as well weigh that much all the time.)
So I know nothing about dragy... It's a high resolution gps device and if it buy this and load an app on my phone, I can get reasonably accurate 1/4 mile timings?
"Reasonable" is an understatement.... Dragy and Vbox times have been proven to be VERY close to track timing equipment.
Brooks From Drag Times youtube channel has a Dragy and a Vbox and they both show very close times to the track he goes too.
Dragy can give all sorts of info, as you can see in the vids. Plus it allow you to use your phone to film the run and then overlays the numbers. It's very cool.
Just remember that Magazines always use the 1 foot roll out when giving out performance figures...Dragy does not. It registers when you move an inch... Hence my 2.88 0-60mph time and then if you look at the stuff underneath, it shows the 2.69 secs. WITH the roll out.
Photobucket is being weird today so sometimes it was showing the pics above and sometimes just shows the little blue box with the question mark..Not sure what's going on.
Can you put the overlay on a gopro or garmin vid or only cell phone? Also how is the Dragy reception with a possibly illegal tint on the front windshield. Asking for a friend.

I don't think you can do the go pro thing because it uses an app for the overlay stuff. The app is what gives ya all the data and such, as well as the vids.
Reception was fine through my tint but I decided to mount the magnet plate OUTSIDE on the windshield (since I didn't want to stick it to anything inside and risk messing it up). It works perfect outside and stays put.

Sorry it's so blurry, I was using a mount with my phone and it was pinned agains the mirror to stabilize it but I didn't account for the vibration making it blurry.
Did a day trip to the mountains on Wed. Â A friend (Jean-Claude from Detailed Designs Auto Spa) that did my cars paint correction, ppl, & ceramic took some great shot with his quality camera, instead of me using my iPhone for all pics.
I got to drive a Porsche Taycan Turbo a couple days ago. I have a new friend that he and his wife both work for PCNA / PEC here in ATL. He drives a 992 but brought home a White / Black Taycan Turbo. He took me for a ride in it and then let me drive it for about 10 mins. Awesome experience. I'm very impressed with it.
I invite him to our Peachstate PCA Porsches & Coffee yesterday at Merit Partners and he brought it. 3rd vid is us rolling in. My TTS and then the Taycan.
