Black might look pretty good against the silver. If there were blacked out wheels or more black accents it might work better. At least with Plati-dip it is easy to remove

Well my goal was to find some reasonably priced Black exhaust tips to go with the black TTS badge. I'm not a chrome fan, so I always thought the chrome badge / tips weren't my favorite.

Also would like to find a set of the Black stock RS Spyder wheels to swap back and forth with when I felt like it. Almost had a set from a member here, but he changed his mind on selling them.

Same here. I’ve never been a huge fan of the ‘murdered out’ look but I found the chrome emblem + exhaust tips + license plate frame to be a really dated look on the car. I got lucky finding some black tips on 6speed without the Porsche tax, black plate frame on eBay, and plastidip on the emblem. Huge improvement for very little invested. Give the plastidip a try, I’ll bet you like it!

Sorry, not a good pic, but you get the idea.

Oh, and your car looks absolutely amazing, enjoy it!

Yes, that does look good!! Funny how something so small makes a big difference.

Bet those aren't cheap though.

Thanks for the kind words David. If you ever sell it, someone is going to be super happy with what they're coming away with!

I just got this video up of your headlights and how well the PPF took care of them since it was originally installed. I am excited to share some in depth photos of her soon!

Went to the Atlanta Street Car Takeover event yesterday. Crazy Hot and Humid weather so what I was hoping for didn't happen but still fairly happy. I bet a brand new Corvette ZR1 (even on the brakes to hopefully not break out of the 11.00 Index class....more on that later).

Car is still only on the two mods of Europipe and Cobb Stg. 2 - 93 octane OTS tune. Car runs good (especially in cool / dry weather when I ran 132.6 mph in the 1/4), but the 3000 DA yesterday killed power up top for me.

Only test and tune pass was a 10.789 @ 127.28 (Time Slip) - 10.83 @ 127.31 mph (Dragy)

Only 11.00 INDEX Class pass was a 10.80 @ 120mph ON THE BRAKES to try to keep from breaking out. ZR! ran a 10.926 @ 129.00 mph (Not letting off, trying to catch me). My Dragy showed mine at 10.80 @119.04.

Best 0-60 MPH was a 2.88. on the Dragy WITHOUT 1 ft. roll out. ( 2.69 secs. WITH the 1ft. rollout ).

Same run but from the stands.

Here is the pass against the brand new ZR 1 where I had to get on the brakes to hopefully not break out of the 11.00 Index class. We BOTH broke out but he broke out by less. 10.80@120 (slowing) to his all out 10.92 @ 129.00mph.

Here's the time slip from the ZR1 race (2nd pass & final of the night). You can see I was on the brakes with only a 120 mph trap.

I'm in left lane. I had him all the way to the 1000 ft. and then he started to barely real me in. Ever so slowly but I still have a gap and just didn't hit the brakes soon enough to move on, so he got the "win" but I still beat him to the line on the brakes. He even treed me by a few thou.

Both Slips... 10.79 is the test & tune slip.

10.80 is the ZR1 race.

Totally forgot to mention I finally Plasti Dipped my Turbo S badge.

Thoughts?? I really like the look, just not the "rough" & "grippy" feel of the coating. Have to be careful washing it and not get the fibers all over it.
