I'm hoping my next Porsche will be a 991.2 TTS.

In the future, if anyone is selling one, please let me know.

BTW..... THANK YOU TO ANY AND EVERYONE THAT HELPED ME, INFLUENCED ME, AND / OR SUPPORTED ME DURING MY OWNERSHIP OF THE TTS.

You folks me a lot to me and if I can swing it, I'll be back in a TT / TTS (hopefully a 991.1 or 991.2) in the near future.

OH WOW!!! That 308 is BEAUTIFUL. I'll bet it is simply fantastic to drive- that's great power for that car. Congrats. You will be missed on the forums- I always enjoy your thoughtful and informative posts. Hope you stick around on our forum though. And maybe you'll be back behind the wheel of a P-car again soon anyways! Enjoy the hell out of the Ferrari.....Congrats!!

Thank you very much..

Oh, and I'll be here EVERYDAY!!! This is my first go-to forum and always will be.

Trust me, I'll be back in a Pcar really soon I hope. Heck, I almost bought a low mile 991.2 TTS the other day, until my brain kicked in and made me think about my finances first...lol

I'm on the hunt for a good deal on a 2017 991.2TTS... I may have to wait until the 992's are released to get the prices down a bit more.

That is awesome- you have your priorities right! You only live once. Congrats again- I've always been of a fan of the 308- I view them as the later year equivalent of the 246. The one you bought looks truly great- and that motor must sound divine!

Congratulations! I appreciate anyone that falls in love with a car, saturates themselves in everything there is to know about the car and then moves on to their next obsession without missing a beat. Birds of a feather I guess

You traded a sleeper super car for a classic exotic red Ferrari...it is hard to imagine two opposite cars from that perspective. What they have in common is that they were on your bucket list and that is all that matters!! It is a beautiful car and I hope you enjoy the hell out of it. I would say check back in from time to time, but I imagine you are already active on a Ferrari group and starting to do some research on the 991.2 TTS forum...am I close?

Take care!

Oh I've been researching and reading about Ferraris and 991.2's for a long while anyway... lol. Always dreaming.

Thank you for the kind words. I feel almost like I've let everyone down though in a weird way. But know, I'll always love the 997 crowd and cars. Heck, who knows. May even own another one some day.

I sure hope it was a decent move to do the trade. Time will tell I guess. It really is a cool car though, but YES it's not even close to being able to be compared to my TTS.

The 308 is a car that needs to be accompanied by another modern car too. I've already realized, this 308 can't be my ONLY toy... Hot weather and rain is not something this car likes..lol. AC (even though modded and more modern on this car) leaves a lot to be desired...lol.

Soon as Fall gets here though, Sunny days with the top off should be Amazing!

Well, I tried so hard to talk you out of this but you did it anyway and now that I see ALL the pics, I get it. It's one of the nicest examples of it's kind on the planet. Just win the lottery and I'll be fighting you on BAT for the silver/black 2017 991.2 Turbo S's

Seriously, what a Ferrari. It's not a trade I would have done in a million years but I'm not you. You got exactly what you wanted and are living the dream right now. SO sweet... congrats.
