In the US market, 2009 was the transition year for 997 non-turbos to the .2 generation, but 2009 Turbo's were still .1 gen with no real .2 upgrades other than a few minor interior tweaks, notably the updated PCM system (navigation/stereo). A '09 Turbo would either be a manual or Tiptronic.
2010 would have been the first 911 Turbo with PDK (and the first Turbo without a Mezger).
I just rushed my earlier post and mistakenly said 997.1 PDK...

I did another 300 Miles in the mountains the other day but had to do a majority of them helping lead a group of my friend (and co-workers) CCA group. I was the only Porsche around 12 other Corvettes!! LOL
Here are a few pics.
Everyone met at a QT up I-985...My friend John brought his old blue C4 instead of his 15' C7 ZO6 (Yellow) that's in my other vids. They all wanted to go to some Arts & Crafts festival up near Young Harris GA. They festival folks blocked off some parking for us and even made signs for the "Corvette Group". lol

Secretly I think a few of them were. The guy in the Red C7 Stingray was 80 YEARS OLD!!! He was commenting how "Flat" my car cornered and looked to be "on rails".
This was a VERY VERY SLOW CROWD. Only me and my buddy John and maybe one more drive way more aggressive than this. They just wanted a slow pace set so we could all stay together for the many stops we made.
lol
Here's a vid from that day show how slow the pace was. lol

Sweet! Thanks to you and your pics, heading down 7/27/18 after work to Atlanta, I booked the Porsche Experience for 9am Saturday July 28th. Then lunch at 1130am at Restaurant 356, then the Delta Aviation Museum at the airport as well after that, dinner near the airport somewhere before heading back to DC late Saturday night by plane. YAY! We have a Cayman reserved that we're splitting - 45 minutes each, me and my buddy and the driving instructor. Pretty reasonable day - $175 p/p plus the lunch and the free tour of the facility. Life is good. The GT3/Turbo was $450 each and I didn't feel like it was worth the cost differential at all. For the price difference I get a free flight down, dinner, and lunch.
Steve....Been meaning to ask you. Did you ever make the PEC and how'd you like it???

In between and after that stuff, 2 spare days to tour Munich and Dachau, and 3 nights in Berlin to see museums. YAY!

Thanks for the strong recommendation to come here. I never would have thought of it until you posted your pics there. By the way, I found out something really cool. I can do an $1895 track day in various AMG Mercedes in Austin TX on the racetrack there for free since I bought a new car within 1 year. It's from 7am to 6pm! A buddy clued me into this. I'm on the waiting list for December but the next one is in March and I hope to do that one instead. since in December I just booked a trip to do the Porsche factory tour/museum, Mercedes Factory Tour Museum the next day, the day after, the Affalterbach (AMG) factory tour/museum and 3 days later, the BMW factory tour/museum (though that one is not confirmed yet, it's too early to get the factory tour booked).

I love My 997.1 TT Guards Red with black but I still think GT sliver with black is the best combo...and good for you...she's a real beaut. I just bought mine last Saturday but I do miss the siriusxm radio and some of the other tech niceties that we get going back 11 years.
