The 997 GT3/RS Cars For Sale Thread...

You're a new member, be nice to us guys who have been here for a wee bit longer. I've noticed that there are a lot of new members on Rennlist lately. Many go on the attack right off the bat. Trying to make Rennlist a nice place to hang out so in a kind way, take it down a notch.
Now on to your statements, if you're asking questions, which I think you are with the ? ending your sentences, then I can answer them. If you're being the know it all and throwing stuff back at me, well, then I can defend my position. Whatever the case is, "Welcome to Rennlist". Nice to have you aboard.

Therefore I was interest to know if that was the case (this was actually done by as close to Porsche AG as possible, i.e. Porsche Classic) or whether this vehicles paint job was instead likely done by the typical external shops that Porsche dealers send the majority of their customer cars to for repairs. I'm not looking at buying that car, but interested to know given it probably makes a difference to the value or otherwise of the color change.

We’ll hope that Porsche knows that when removing the window seal rivets will drop into the rear quarter and cause outward dents. Hopefully they got all of them out.
In all seriousness, what an amazing job. While I am not a fan of color changing a car like this, if you’re going to do it, this is the way to do it.

I'm just sitting in for Bxstr, LOL, as he's the one that's normally doing all the research and answering all the questions that we have. I'm off of work and fully rested so am just enjoying the forums and life in general without having to think about work for a few weeks.

This Orange .1 RS looks like it will be on BAT soon. 29k miles and heavily modded.

Looks like the RANGER mobile!! if it is that car is modified to a high standard. I think Champion did the work.
