I rode by and looked at the car last year.
It didn't look beat, but it also didn't look nice enough for me to pursue.

There's a white 2011 RS w/ 17k miles coming up at a dealer. Original owner had it 9 years. Present owner has had it a few months and I'm guessing is flipping it. They want $178k. I'm getting pictures of it now. I will advise.

If they sit on it for 6 months, doubt that’s more than $5-10k cost. That feels high too. However, I guarantee the margin on that car is much much higher than that.

You're right, I'm sure it's much more than $5-10K, but ATM, it's a one-of-one that's available. Not too many 800 original mile .2 GT3RS out there.

I know the owner of ASD well and the car won't be sitting that long.
I would agree, 800 mile unicorn would sell faster than people think. My point was, sitting on a car for some time is not that expensive if the dealer is not working of floor plan model.
