Assume it was exported to Japan in 2013 and brought back in recently. Carfax doesn’t keep track of cars once they’re outside the US. Japan has the equivalent of Carfax there called a Car VX report.
Seems to be some sort of shift light and tuning device on the dash. Definitely looks like she has seen some action.
I asked him if he was interested in doing a part exchange on the buckets. No go.
Seems like a good price if it checks out. He’d be better off selling it without the buckets for sure

Malachite and Porsche Racing Greens were available as well, but buyers didn’t order those either. Never seen a GT3 in either of these colors.
If the Macadamia car is a late 2009 build car then it can be imported into Canada I believe because of the 15-year rule.

14k-mile Carrara White .2 GT3. PCCB, DEM, and full leather (also has a few extra leather options). Price is $230k. Mods look to include white BBS wheels, aftermarket CF canards, and a Top Speed Pro1 exhaust. Photos I have show a small ding on one of the doors and some scoffs on the front left fender.

Seller seems to be selling a few other cars and has sold some imports in the past, like Audi RS4 wagon etc. Photos look like they were taken overseas, not in PA. Not a big deal.

questions I’d want answers to… are the fenders original and just have flares attached (these are not OEM RS, looks like a CUP) so I’d be checking that the front bumper was OE. Rotors and calipers look aftermarket, so that’s a cost that prob needs factored in.

Just call the guy and find out. I didn’t notice the cup bumper so It probably needs ~$20k worth of work between reversing the front end mods and whatever else it needs mechanically if it’s not beat up too bad.
That said, if you don’t want a white or black car, it doesn’t seem like one can be found for less than $200k nowadays (which is crazy to me), and at least this one has buckets. In fact, I can’t remember the last time I even saw an aqua car for sale. I’d go see it in person. The last blue car that sold was that cobalt car that had 60k miles or so and went for $180k ish with no buckets? Someone here can correct me if i’m wrong.

Macadamia Metallic was an optional color for the 997.2 GT3. However no one ordered it in North America. Have seen this particular car before and it’s the only Macadamia 997.2 GT3 I’ve ever seen.

Seller of the blue car is hard to talk to. Knows nothing about the mods. Likely previous track use(who cares) that had proper fitting front wheels. I was debating making a move from my RS to that car to have more of a guilt free driver but I always buy the seller and I don't feel good about that one.
