I was just wondering because you mentioned that you up the spring rate to 500/800, but the stock springs that came with the R&T dampers are 515/801 already, so I was kind of confused.

I meant I upped the spring rate from my previous setup of ~400/700 to the 500/800. The Ohlins setup comes with Eibach springs, however, I prefer Swift, so I chose their closest rates to match their 515/801.
