Low mileage 997.2 GT3s are on the market for around 115K +or-.

A few of the differences important to me are:

1. You have an increased reliability 3.6 Mezger relative to a more powerful 3.8.
2. The 7.2s also have a better dialed suspension.
3. CL wheels are a PIA compared to your 5-lug. However, they look better.
4. 2 or 3 years older.
5. etc.

Personally, I don't see more than $20K difference in price, but each to their own.

This isn't an RS he's talking about. Damn, if this was true the bubble has gone bizerko. In reality the last 997.1RS I saw sell was a certain silver and orange one. I'm pretty sure It went for somewhere in the $105k range.

Non-RS 997.1's have seen the least increase from the bubble. I'd say it's worth 80-85k if it's really pristine and has some sought after options.

Three years ago cars like this had asking prices of around 90K and actually sold around 85K. Today's market is a bubble. Is it sustainable? Who Knows?
White, <6K miles, high options, no track. This is a different animal. Not a beat-up, high mileage, no option car.

I can't send you a PM, but please call me at 216-453-0507

I would be interested in buying the car. Thank you.

Do you know why P/M's not available on my end?

A 2010 GT3 RS with 9,000 miles sold for $161,900.00 last week out of Scottsdale, AZ. I'd say they were holding their value quite well.

If it is a one-owner, zero track with those miles and equipment, easy $90K IMO...to a buyer who intends to keep, not a reseller.

I believe you have to sign up to be a Rennlist member to do that. It would be money well spent as several GT3's have been bought and sold via this site!

That is PTS. Not regular color.
.2RS is far from a .1GT3.
