It will be the longest track in the world this side of the Ring.

I'd move to Vegas and become a member but it would be a replay of Nicolas Cage's "leaving Las Vegas" for me.
They are gonna make the track longer? Oh man, I need to hurry and retire to Vegas STAT! I will say that going off can mess up your car out there, not quite as forgiving as Buttonwillow, Chuckwalla, and Thunderhill though.

It was great to get to spend some time with Trakcar, 24Chromium, and GVtesse. Local hot shoe "Fast Al" was out to add stories and local flavor. I was out with a new set of tires for a change and did my best to keep up with the group.

Trakcar and 24Chromium represented the East and West Coast well this weekend. Both were harrassing Vipers (on the members track) and Corvettes and others (on the Speed Ventures track configuration). GVtesse was really really fast in his 996GT3. Staying on site only adds to the fun.

Trakcar and 24Chromium were both quick studies and were up to speed very quickly. GVtesse had been out with us before. We had a lot of fun driving going out twenty to twenty five minutes, break for ten minutes, then back on for twenty minutes and so on throughout both days. A little beer after the track, a little beer, wine and drink for dinner, then back to the uber Condos for the rest of "babes" (pun intended) for the night.

We ordered up the dry hot heat so we could do more 12 and 16 ounce curls. From the stories I heard though, we never even got close to touching the surface of the ounces of liquid that the East and West Coast can do.

Work is getting back to normal....I'll probably join you for a day of fun. Can you pick Violet up on your way to the track? Afterall, you'll need a local who's familiar with the track to show you around. haha

If you are 200 feet off the exit with your thumb in the air and a frunk full of beer I'll stop
Than catching a ride to Thunderhill on the 2nd?

Cali is getting to Reter, he is starting to sound just like Mooty.

Reter is über hard-core! He's trailering from Chuckwalla directly up to Thunderhill.

Trakcar is an animal. Btw, getting preliminary good news on the weather for Chuckwalla weekend...high of only 98-99 on Saturday and Sunday.
