Trakcar Mancation 2014 California
OK, so I just landed in SFO non-stop form Ft Lauderdale.
My car is here, my spare parts are here..
Many thanks to Branson because there is no drinking limit and I landed at 9PM in good shape.
So far so good.
Than it got better, I met the legend who is Mooty who was gracious enough to pick me up from the airport with Orlando and Chasen. They took me to a restaurant with more beer.
Even tough I never met Mooty in person until today it was very awesome to meet my old friend.
I knew I was in good company when after telling them how generous Virgin is with the drinks and letting me tell them a few stories they told me that my I phone would guide me to my hotel by means of me driving there..
They tossed me the keys to a new GMC dually and pointed at the I phone holder on the dash.
They repeatedly assured me they would bail me out, so I set off.
Now I understand the dually love for the Chevy's/GMG's because this one drove way better than our Dodge. I never used an I phone to get anywhere but it got me to the hotel!

Look forward to driving to Button Willow tomorrow.

Pictures March 31st and pictures car fixed.
Missed the first California Mancation weekend in May, but it was fixed and delivered in CA yesterday.
Just step one, seems like a great opportunity to also try to organize the RWB body kit, keeping my 3.8RS wing and my front splitter, going all black. have to figure out what wheels and tires are needed and available for track use and fill out the RWB body kit.
Tomorrow we will first have to find out if it is track worthy and after that hopefully put 30 or so track days on it!
