Saturday afternoon a bunch of us came down to your rig to take a look at the new 991. Your crew was nice and showed us around the car. What a fantastic machine.

You three passed me on the straight going into t7 as you were up the butt of the 28 & 29 that were side-by-side battling it out. Could have thrown a blanket over the three of you. What a site to see. Then they braked more than you were probably anticipating and you skidded sideways thru the cones onto the old track. I knew you were giving it your best. Totally awesome seeing those 3 cars at the limit all smushed together. Wished I was in one of them with you guys so close together.

If you come back to DMTD before the PCA48 I show you how to drive it. No charge.

Ahhh, #16. The fastest Cup
We all went to the Kelly Moss trailer for a peep show of your car.
Timo was crewing the car. He is one of the best.

Weekend was great. Enjoyed seeing everyone and getting my first shot at racing. Took more than two seconds off my best time in Sunday Sprint #1. Just couldn't catch the Hebrew Hammer in the end....Hot Dog Car in the wall on seventeen last lap.

Randy, I'll dig up your Enduro highlight real and post.

Tom, you should make it out to the track more.

Mooty should be happy to know his car is being put to good use.

Hey Rennlisters! We had one of our guys out shooting for us because we fielded the Cayman Pace Car. Here is a sample of his shots from Saturday and a link to the entire gallery. Check it out!

That is me, the first street car (Blackie) on the inside. Was trying to win the race of the street cars but car gets terrible gas mileage and has small OEM gas tank. Lost to the red/white Cayman (Stujelly) who did one less pit stop then me.

I had a great time too. My first weekend racing my Cup too. Steve was a worthy competitor. We ended up splitting the races during the weekend. I look forward to getting back out there soon. I recommend a Cup and racing very highly. It was such a rush. Especially the starts. I just need to keep it on the track when the chips are down. See everyone soon.

Stu "The Hammer" ;-p
