Default Rear wing rubber plugs

Anyone have any success getting those rubber plugs back into the rear wing adjustment holes?

It's been nearly impossible for me. I could always leave them out.

Yes. 2007 RS. What a pain! If I could only hold the back side of one while pushing inward, it would work.

Use a little spit in them or soap.

First slide in the rubber groove on one side. Then use a jeweller's flathead screwdriver (the finer, 1/8" ones) to push the other sides of the groove into place. No point pushing on the back, it's about finesse.

Just about any detailing spray will work - just soak the plug and push it in. Don't think about ever replacing them. My dealer quoted $16 each / $64 per set on special order.

Yeah, for such a great car, this minor detail leaves much to be desired. Those plugs are a pain.
