07 GT3 Purchase...do you know this car?
I found this car in Knoxville, TN via Car Guru search...I'm heading out there next week to inspect and potentially purchase / drive 700 miles home. This will be a milestone first Porsche experience for me. Hoping to find someone that's seen or knows the car or thoughts / opinions. Thanks in advance.

I would appreciate hearing thoughts on what I've found, not sure how to take all the views and no comments...flying out Friday to inspect and possibly drive home.
Sincerely,
Nervous first time Porsche buyer.
Thanks in advance.

A google search using the VIN turned up several ads...
The car was offered for sale with just 13288 miles, then with 14011 miles (for $79991 and in Knoxville) and then with 15,722 miles
Seems to have been for sale for some time ( last ad in the search shows the car was for sale in New Jersey) with no takers and in the mean time the miles have accumulated... Hope not all test drive miles...
Top ad in the search has the car now being offered for sale in Palm Beach. Car gets around... but doesn't stay sold, at least for long.
Wonder why?

Hi, I have a white 2008 GT3 with extras and a GT3RS rear wing you might like can we talk? Mileage is 17834. My number is 217 351-2662. I can email you the information and pictures to see if you might have interest. It has no over revs in any range and can provide any PEWIS documentation you wish. I work on these cars everyday and own my own business. www.ricksautocu.com Thanks, Rick

Really wish I had a heroin addiction instead of a P-car addiction, It would be a lot cheaper! Is the 997 GT3 experience what you'd hoped it would be?
BTW, a 2007 white with black wheels would be ideal. Ready to part with yours?

It has been my all-time favorite car BY FAR! It makes me smile every time I'm around it or in it.
I'd be ready to sell mine if I knew what I wanted next. I'd like a .2RS but the money's pretty high on those at the moment. Other than that I can't think of a suitable replacement that's a big enough leap to let go of a car I know so well.
