Wow he doesn't spend much on pads and rotors eh?

The PCA GGR laguna event in June is club race only, no DE or TT

Yes, you have to join us and it's mandatory .... GT3 not required. We would LOVE to another fast car in the DE CUP

Hey bunta (aka Alan), nice of you to join rennlist. Do contribute and post and teach us how you make your S2K move so fast at fraction of the GT3 cost

No, not much and not even 1/5 of the cost! Who said fast has to be expensive

It's not the parts cost I was getting at. He carries so much speed through the corners and hardly touches the brakes except in the big straights.

Excellent momentum driving!

Of course East Coast will be down a man since The World Famous Trakcar is in work mode while his 4.0 sits at Champion getting dusty... but I will haul Grady's (Red Bear) RS out there with my rig and we can fly out whenever. Probably leave the rig there for a few weeks.

So NORCAL DE Cup crew - when would be the BEST 3 week stretch to meet up with you guys and do maximum track days with your crew?
Clarke, if you are are serious about coming then June dates as shown below will be the month to come. NCRC is whom we ran with last weekend and they are most friendly to race like condition for DE. Trackmaster racing (TMR) is another good organization and HOD and PCA can be very restrictive and HOD is expensive.

We have three tracks here which include Sears Point aka Sonoma raceway in addition to Laguna Seca and Thunderhill. Sears is a fun track but can be very dangerous due to lack of run off and walls are super close to the track. Sears recently claimed another GT3 RS and I would not recommending running it unless you really want to try - TMR has some Sears dates May 23rd to 25th. Personally I would only run my el cheapo Honda civic there

yes, S2K can be very very fast in the hand of a good driver like Alan

btw, this picture shown 6 GT3 in a train last weekend. We need more GT3, spec Cayman, Z06, S2K, Spyder and whatever you drive that's fast in the next DE Cup!

Tell me more about the mean looking C6Z06 and the S2000?

I'm starting to like the Barnie color GT3RS, I have matching pants for it.

I like the t-shirt!

I would add Buttonwillow on May 24th (PCA California Central Coast) and 25-26 PCA GGR. Great transition from Sebring to California tracks. Mostly flat but very technical. My favourite here :-)

Cali folks - Blackie is in the shop getting new bumpers, headlights, fenders, etc. etc. etc. and won't be back until mid June at earliest. Besides I am going to Club Race the RS against all the Cup cars in PCA at VIR this June. And we have 2 OPEN track days at WGI in June as well. And then my July is already killed with other stuff. But I have August wide open. How about August? Can we get a good amount of you guys out to some great tracks in August?

Thanks as I am lonely without The World Famous Trakcar coming to the track anymore.

The yellow Vette is a dress up grand sport own by Gordon - it's his replacement for his since departed Z06 shown below. Gordon is recovering well from PTSD and should pick up speed in no time
