figured i would make mention here since inspired by silverboy's 4.1 thread.

always had an eye on the 3.9 threads from sharkster... who doesn't love an 8800rpm 3.9L NA monster!...

paid my graphic guy to make "stock" inspired eps files for my EVOms kit, and figured to have him make more to cover all their packages... and while at it thought of 3.9 and 4.1 guys.. but could have him make others if needed...

i know sharkwerks does the RS460 kit and some others... if anyone wants one let me know and after i get a group of 4-5 needed logo's i can put my guy to work to make it cost effective.. no cost to the forum.. i just really enjoy very subtle decals.... obviously not to cover the car, but a quick real replacement from stock is always nice to show the work and love put into it.



btw, i have the EPS file if anyone needs so they can be made as big or small as desired...

i told alex awhile back that instead of having the 3.9 as a separate sticker off the corner of the decklid (the way he has today), to just simply make a sticker that says "GT3.9" or "GT3.9RS" and replace the stock emblems. i think it looks better that way.

i wasn't sure about GT3.9RS as it kinda takes from one model and another.. which is why i did RS 3.9 (RS 4.0 designates size versus GT3 designates model).. as i said if you have any suggestions let me know.. my guy was pumped to do the work... another guy quoted me $300 to "create" the graphics... whilst my guy jumped at the chance and charged his normal rate...

i prefer Stock'esque when it comes to any labeling... otherwise it gets cluttered in my eye.. i know the stock decals are patented but mine are completely free hand and therefore shouldn't impede on any trademarks... i dont think you can sue someone for drawing a letter/number.

agree with you on the gt3.9rs. i would do the "GT3.9" if i had a 3.9 though.

suncoast currently have the GT3 emblem for $132 and the GT3RS STICKERS for $165. crazy isn't it?

Not quite ready, but was thinking of adding the RS 4.2 on the back, not sure on the sides yet.

I do not agree. No stickers, say nothing of what it is under the deck lid.
That's why I also kept my .1RS body style era specific.
