PBOC in Homestead. I'll probably attend this one.
Maybe Sebring in May... if it's not 115 F with 289% humidity
Just need to go back to Sebring when is cold to be able to stretch my lap times ... DE wise.

I'm signed up for this coming Sunday @ Sebring - Peter Argetsinger has a private track day, open track all day less than 50 cars signed up.

LOL! A thread about how there are no interesting threads any more. Channeling Seinfeld?

+1 on the weather. Picking my car up Saturday. All track aligned and prepped by Wright. Hopefully I can keep it on track

PCA ever do Daytona by any chance?
I'll be at this event testing my antique, changed out the suspension and working on set-up with R6 in lieu of TD

I hope you OVR guys get good weather. I swore I'd never do an April event at Mid Ohio ever again after the snow storm several years ago but this year the whole schedule got jumbled and ALL the 3 local regions are having their initial Mid Ohio events early this year.

Ask and you shall receive...we now have a 4.2 build thread.

The reason the 997 GT3 forum has ALWAYS been boring, is because there is hardly anything worth doing to these cars. They're really good out of the box...

Someone needs to start a transmission / clutch / pressure plate rebuild thread

Track these cars enough and you will realize how fragile they are

Never had a problem 13K miles so far ... Most of the cars had, and all I can say is user error or 'monkeyness' has a lot to do with it.
Not as stout as the 3.6 for sure.
On a side note, I never money shifted any car ... race or street or DE car, my GT2 was sold with 24K miles and at least half of it track and still had the stock clutch, even after the tranny was opened to replace bearings.
Erik's car will be a good landmark for this matter, as he's Mr. smooth shifting and also very good with rev matching.
