I think all you guys should meet in the middle and do one of Race Co's semi private days at Miller! only 8 cars on the track all day, no sessions, drive till you can't stand it any more. They even include all service and set up changes in the day

ehhh...

Brand new Nitto's are going to be slippery
brand new diff not broken in
slight tweak to setup
rusty driver

I'll be happy with :38's and :39's.

It might sound a little better this year ...if I get it put back together that is. It's currently in about a million pieces doing my pre-season nut and bolt check.

Ironic that the thread I posted about this forum not being interesting anymore has been the most interesting thing I've read on here in a while

My contribution is mini trip to MN at the end of April to pick up the Civic Si race car and meet up with Tasman at Brainerd and Road America for a little track fun. Along with COTA earlier in the year my travel budget is done until RA in Nov with Chin.

Gonna go to Fontana this weekend to observe with my son. Don't have the GT3 in AZ at this time so we'll be in a Jetta GLI but should be interesting...

Festival of Speed should be a good group and the 50 anniversary of 911 display to boot!

And don't you dare start a "what my GT3 will worth in 3 years" thread.

You've been warned.

Oh...I like these threads on values of cars..Im sure they are popular too..

But I found a new topic (besides that we are all getting drunk about the disillusion of the 991 GT3)..- who is that girl on your avatar?

Please, dont ban me now..

Those don't get interesting till they are actually on the dyno and posting build costs

I understand but unfortunately one can't rush a good thing and especially when treading in new territory. Must have the right people.
Now costs ... well why would you want to bring up the pain. A combination of and
Seriously all's great.

Oh, crap. Called out on being a closet reader and only a few posts. Ok, so here is my contribution (more info) for what it's worth.
- Car is currently in shop getting roll bar/cage and 6-point harnesses installed.
- Obtaining pricing on a set of new rims (for track) w/tires. Looking at OZ Ultraleggeras and MPSS
- Putting my track (HPDE) schedule together. Here is what I've got so far....
- Putnam with KYPCA on June 8-9
- Barber w/ALPCA June 15-16
- Putnam w/KYPCA Sep 14-15
- Mid-Ohio w/NORPCA Sep 28-29
- Then either Putnam w/CIRPCA Oct 19-20, or Barber w/ALPCA Dec 14-15

That's it.

mini-mini-manacation. I am dying to get on track especially since my COTA/TWS trip was a flop for me. Snow is slowly melting. Never had a winter this long since I've lived here.

If I can put down a 1:37 in the Cayman, you will turn 1:36 no problem
