Scott, you are violating the "Secret" in "Secretcollector". But no worries, as these are like Demi Moore in About Last Night - really good but not nearly as good as the after, circa Indecent Proposal - so you will have to wait until the makeover is complete.

997.2 GT3 went up $10,000 on resale
997.2 GT3 RS 3.8 went up $25,000 on resale
997.2 GT3 RS 4.0 went up $50,000 on resale
I'm positive that regardless of how fast the 991 GT3 is (and it has yet to prove it on equal tires: i.e. Hoosiers or Slicks, against the venerable 3.8RS on a racetrack), the used prices on 991 GT3 will plummet in just 24 months after deliveries.

Orange RS is my favorite.
I don't like the 4.0RS vinyl colors (Silver and Red) over PTS Orange, they must go. Make everything Silver on Glossy Black, make everything Red Vinyl on Silver Vinyl. Fixed.

The day Porsche announced the 991 GT3 and specifications in U.S:
997.2 GT3 went up $10,000 on resale
997.2 GT3 RS 3.8 went up $25,000 on resale
997.2 GT3 RS 4.0 went up $50,000 on resale

with regard to 991 GT3: we will both watch very closely the Sport Auto test of the 991 GT3 - they also do the wet testing. This will be done in october...
until then we have to wait..

NJ-GT prediction will be interesting on the 991GT3 as the 991 Carrera indeed depreciated very quickly.
once the 991RS is on the road for 3 years people may start to look back at the manual transmission GT3 as great 911 to own because it is small, sounds great, has great steering feel and its simple to own.
The 997 series may just become a saught after classic.

Mooty has the cleanest 4.0 of all, but black wheels I think.
I do like the 4.0 stripes, maybe the red parts of the stripes become black?
Maybe yellow to match calipers and seatbelts, but that depends on how orange and yellow looks and what the interior looks like.
