Stock suspension set up which is fine for my current DE ambitions.
I think it is 2.1 frt and 1.8 rear camber.
Zero toe frt. 0.15 toe in rear.
I am still getting comfortable with the 4.0 after my .2 RS
The Trofoes really stick but comes at the cost of wear!
Good luck and stay safe,

I just ordered the spacers and wheel bolts to accomodate them..

Will see , if you look carefully at the wheel arch inner plastic it is deeper towards the middle of the wheel arch as opposed to where it is rubbing at the moment..

Trofeo's are notorious for being bigger.. there 235 tires diameter is 4mm more than the 235 MSPCs , some 3.8 RS owners have experianced rubbing issues with the 325 rears.

Hey Mo, hope it works....

Point of interest about the 6mm spacers/shims, I use the standard length wheel bolts simply cos I bought the gorgeous Ti Poggipolini bolts and I like them

Porsche use the standard length bolts with a 5mm spacer at the back so I figured the extra 1mm would not be an issue and no problems to date - what do you reckon ?

Toby,

I would be really carefull with that especially when im doing Vmax events TBH..

But maybe thats just me, ... according to Tikore they custom make your bolts according to the spacers you have...

*Update*

Did some digging and you should be fine with 1mm extra aslong as your bolts turns 4-6 times (the more the better) to secure them bolts..

So i mentioned previously that i ordered 6mm spacers..

And after alot of research through various resources and talking to several people who have experiance , I Have discovered that Porsche sell 5mm extra long bolts for their spacer kit... Also RSS sell them with longer bolts like Porsche..

I have posted some pictures to compare Porsche OEM bolts vs the ones they sell with their 5mm spacer kit.. and its quite of a diffrence..
Attachment 694476

Another thing that does not include in the 6mm Spacer i ordered ( the bright silver one ) is the absence of the 2 screws to secure the spacer on the wheel hub.. I guess that is to avoid any extra stress on the bolts as you can see in the picture below...

6mm Spacer

Attachment 694474

5mm Porsche Spacer

Attachment 694477

You can see the 2 screws that secure the spacer on the hub.. this is the same exact spacer as the 997GT2 rear 5mm spacer..

Attachment 694475

So conclusion is that i will order and install the Porsche 5mm spacer plus the longer bolts that comes with the kit...
If that does not work i will just slap on the previous Trofeo 235's which are actually taller and a fraction wider than the 235 MPSCs and call it a day..

Caster is within range, any less and will disrupt the balance of the car on the fast corners..

So are the new bolts which come with the Porsche 5mm spacer kit the same length as the stock GT2 rear bolts (baring in mind the stock Euro GT2 comes with the 5mm spacer as standard) or are they longer ?

If they are longer then I'm confused as to why Porsche supplies the Gt2 with the rear 5mm spacer and normal length bolts ?

Toby,

The bolts that Porsche supplies with their 5mm spacer are 5 mm longer than the ones in front and exactly the same as the rear bolts.. i hope this answers your question

I Just got conformation from Gert @ Caranewal that all the GT2s have the 5mm longer bolts in the rear and have red ring to diffrentiate from the normal front bolts which have a silver ring..

Here are the measurements for the Pogs - do you know if these are just standard length ?

just googled it, looks like standard length is 27 and the 32mm is the longer version - oops

It gets more interesting......

Checkout the pic, these are the set of front and rear bolts off my GT2, all red top and exact same front and back wheels even tho the rears come with the 5mm spacer and the front without spacer.

I measured them and the thread is 27mm and the total length of the shaft is 32mm so almost exact same as my Pogs.......
