Here is the date we were offered:
March 13-14 Wednesday/Thursday.
This is awesome in that it is during SXSW in Austin!!!!!
Hoping to have this secured as soon as possible so we can all pre-register for the event before David Murry offers it to the public.

okay we got it. March 13-14. initial guessimate is $899 per drover for the event. In order for David to commit to this and pay the fee to COTA ($66,000+) he is going to open registration on his website and take payments. If for whatever reason this does not happen then 100% of all monies will be refunded. David said he will book this date with COTA once we hit 75ish paid registration through his website. David is working on the details and website now getting COTA registration ready. I will alert everyone here first to get ready to register. Let's do this!!!!!!

FWIW - the David Murry website is going to go active with this event as soon as their webmaster gets to it -- but they do not have the capability to segregate the registration for us RL people exclusively. What we will get is first notification that it is open for registration. I will personally send a pm to everyone that signed up here on RL. We are under time constraint to secure the COTA date so this is going to happen fast -- be ready anytime now to sign up. KEEP MONITORING this thread.
