You should consider than Pros, Coaches and recognized hot shoes have driven different flavors of GT3s around Sebring, and they are nowhere near sub 2:10s.
Fastest stripper I know of is a 500Hp GT3 RS with re-geared sequential tranny, trick suspension, aftermarket aero, and it does 2:14 on slicks, fast driver.
Let's say my PS3 simulator is wrong (and it has not proven wrong so far), your wannabe overboosted aero beetle can do 2:05-2:06, 11 secs faster than my Fiat. My PS3 sim says once you have mastered Sebring, on slicks, you would get in the 2:12-2:13 range, which is 7 secs slower than a 2010+ GT3 Cup, on a TTR car (not TTU legal on slicks).

Not even the 4.0RS has good Aero, the wingless MP4-12C has more downforce than a 4.0RS. Aero Beetles with the Cup R Aero get significantly better.

We will see about that...........
What does the sim say I will do at Road Atlanta on slicks? I can deal with that one pronto. If I'm 7 seconds slower than cup at Sebring, then I should be 3-4 at Road Atlanta right? So 1:27-1:28? Based on 105-106% of the cup time?
Thanks for the warm welcome.......

At Sebring on A6 you would be leaving around 1.5 secs on the table compared to Michelin GT3 Cup Blue/Green label slicks.
My PS3 simulator says your car would run 2:08s on A6 and 2:06s on slicks, but I bet my 138 proof Absinthe bottle you won't break under 2:12 at Winterfest, you can always increase boost and fuel octane in the boosted beetle, but you won't touch 11s.

Some people add wings to their Beetles to make them look like Aero Beetles, you did so with the GTS, wanna911 did it too with his AWD 996 TT.
I do prefer a wannabe aero beetle, than a Porsche wannabe like the Boxster Coupe thingy I have sitting outside getting dusty in this Florida weather.

I thought they ran like 2:05's 206's?
Are these cars restricted or something?
Tire for tire that's only 6/7 seconds faster then a street RS, regeared maybe 5/6 could that be?
The weight/shocks and time saving sequential box should do more, no?

Your boosted wannabe aero beetle on Michelin slicks (compared to the autoX A6 you usually run) is good for a mid 1:25 at your local track with your droving skills. I got years of data comparing Michelin slicks (fastest slicks I have used) to the A6 I have been running for 6 years straight. Michelin slicks are around 0.6 secs faster every 60 secs, compared to A6, and about 0.9 secs faster compared to R6.
At Sebring on A6 you would be leaving around 1.5 secs on the table compared to Michelin GT3 Cup Blue/Green label slicks.

I can't increase boost, I have stock K24 Turbo's and they don't make more than 530 whp unmodified. Mine make 514 on the same tune I bought the car with and have not changed. They are old technology and just don't make power over 1.1-1.2 bar. Besides, I'm out of gear on several straights and adding power won't help but make me have to feather throttle or add shifts.
I will however be reducing weight, ran last weekend at 3120-3140. You can do the math, but I'm good in TTU down to 2910 with my power levels and intend to get in that vicinity (3140) by next Sept. That's ~ 200 lbs out. For what it costs to add 50 whp with a turbo swap I can take out 200 lbs while adding a cage for safety and some CF doors and roof and other weight loss.
That being said, I will beat your simulator in March with no changes I'll run the mid-low 1:25's on A6's at around 3100 lbs. Then I will make it implode next fall with a finally maxed TTU car. Not even going to tell you what it's going to do (on A6's), maybe you can simulate that. By the time I get to Sebring....
